Last Updated: May, 2010

This Privacy Policy described how the InstoreCorp.com website, operated by Instore Products Ltd., a Toronto company (“Instore Products” or “we”), collects, uses and discloses Personal Information (as defined below).

We are committed to protecting Personal Information in order to ensure that all visitors experience a worry-free, fun and entertaining experience.

By accepting our Terms of Use, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of all personally identifiable information submitted to the Web Site (“Personal Information”) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Use.

1. Consent

Before we collect Personal Information from you, we will explain to you for what purposes we intend to use it. Our collection and use of such Personal Information will be limited to what we need for those purposes and we will obtain your consent if we wish to use your Personal Information for any other purpose.

2. Collection of Information

At the present time, we only collect the information you submit to us using the form on the “Contact” page, which includes Personal Information such as your name and e-mail address as well as any other information you decide to provide. We may implement features on the Web Site such as a Members Only section that may require you to provide certain additional Personal Information. However, we will be revising this Privacy Policy to reflect this change and we will remind you upon registration to review this Privacy Policy for additional terms.

We may employ “cookies”, which are small data files stored by your browser on your computer, in order to provide you with a customized experience and make the Web Site easier to access (by, for example, saving your login information once registration has been implemented – but we will not save your password). Please consult your web browser’s help files for more information on how you can control the use of cookies by websites.

3. Use and Disclosure of Information

We will use the information you provided to us via our “Contact” page to respond to your specific inquiries or comments. We may also use this information for internal purposes and to contact you about special offers, upcoming events and other information related to the Web Site, Instore Products and our products or services.

We do not disclose Personal Information to any third parties, unless we are required to by law (for example, pursuant to a court order or subpoena) or if we feel that such disclosure is advisable to prevent or report a potential crime, help an investigation related to public safety or to protect the safety of a child using the Web Site, protect the security or integrity of the Web Site, or to prevent our exposure to potential liability.

Instore Products may sell all or part of its business, sell or securitize assets, or merge or amalgamate part or all of our business with other entities. Since customer information and data would normally be a part of such transactions, we may use or disclose your Personal Information to other parties included in the transaction, as part of due diligence activities and/or on the completion of the transaction. In the event that we are acquired by another company, you will be notified if there are any material changes to the way your Personal Information is collected or used.

We may contract with third parties to help us with services related to the Web Site, such as hosting services, technical and processing services, developing and updating website content and information and analyzing website performance. These third parties are or will be obligated to keep your Personal Information secure and confidential and must use the information only in connection with providing services to Instore Products.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy or as you may otherwise consent to from time to time, we will not use, and will not disclose or provide any Personal Information to any other person. If we intend to use your Personal Information in any way we didn't tell you about previously, we will obtain your consent for the new purpose or use prior to doing so, if necessary pursuant to this Privacy Policy or otherwise required by law.

4. Retention

We will keep Personal Information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless and to the extent a longer retention is permitted or required by law. Personal Information is destroyed when it is no longer needed or it is converted to an aggregated and anonymous form. The length of time we keep Personal Information varies depending on the reason it was collected and the nature of such information. For legal reasons, we may keep information for as long as required by law or upon the advice of our legal advisors.

5. Location

Your personal information will be stored and processed either by Instore Products or its third party contractors at facilities in the United States or Canada. Personal Information will be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Personal Information is stored or processed, and may be accessible, with or without notice to you, to that jurisdiction's governments, courts or law enforcement or regulatory agencies.

6. Safeguards and Security

We employ safeguards, reasonably appropriate to the sensitivity of the Personal Information, to safeguard Personal Information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure and alteration.

Although we use reasonable efforts to safeguard Personal Information, we cannot guarantee it. Instore Products cannot ensure or guarantee that any information you provide is completely secure from individuals who might attempt to deliberately evade security measures, including by intercepting transmissions over the Internet. Therefore, we cannot warrant that any information, including any Personal Information, you transmit to us over the Internet is 100% secured and we accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure.
